I'm finding I'm looking at the phone screen more than the laptop screen today.
Have been perving lots on here, looking at holidays, looking a jobs and general rubbish.
Tomorrow is a new day and hopefully more focus |

I play about 3 to 5 times during the working day. When I return to the office it's really going to interfere with my personal self care routine  |
