I like to workout on different times of the day, but I do prefer to train at pm around 5pm. I am at my strongest then and I feel more motivated to do it at that time too, having said that. I like to do cardio almost any time of the day |

I wish I could do AM. I do try. It’s cooler, gyms empty, it feels nice after work knowing I’m done
But it means getting to the gym for 5:30 which is tough
And I find it takes me 3x as long to get warmed up in the morning. And even then, sometimes my lifts just feel off
4-6pm is ideal for me. Warm from work, gyms a little busy but it’s nice chatting to people |

I tend to do both. Early class at 6.15 and then back again 11 or 12 hours later. Tend to be more relaxed at the weekend and go whenever I feel the motivation (which to be honest at the weekend is often not at all!) |

Early morning.
As painful as it is to get up and do, I feel better at having accomplished something before the rest of the house wakes up. It also gives me no excuses to cry off and stay at home like I would in the evenings. |

When I was running and competing for the Athletic Club always done my training in the morning , as most races where morning runs ..
Now train early evening at the local DL Club and enjoy the process, with not having to train to compete |

Lot of people saying the morning is quiet... What sort of time are we talking? For whatever reason that's not the case at my gym, people are outside queueing at 6am before it's even opened |

The place I go is a very small independent with a small member base. I’m in there at 5:45 and usually first one in. If there’s 3or 4 people in at that time, it’s considered busy. |
