...alarm snoozer???
And if so, how many times?
Personally, it drives me crazy ... why set an alarm if that's not the time you intend to get up?
Call me crazy, but it's not logical to me

Used to house share in my early 20's for few years (just cheaper) and my buddy set his alarm religiously for 06:00,even when he didn't have to get up for work..his theory was what's point of getting luxury of a lie-in if you don't know you're having one..,said it was so rewarding hitting off on his alarm...kind of makes sense thinking about it now LOL |

I don't use the alarm to wake me up. Invariably I'm already awake - sometimes an hour or two, sometimes 5 minutes before it goes off, so it's a 'get out of bed' reminder rather than a wake up prompt.
The time it goes off will vary depending on whether Fox or I is starting earlier.

"No. It's been years since I used an alarm because I wake up at 7 in the morning no matter when I sleep. This is both a good thing and a bad thing "
Ditto! |

I (Luke) entirely agree! How does it help to wake yourself up earlier than you need to so you are awake when your body wants to sleep?!
Hannah is a snoozer. I've never understood why. |

A woman after my own heart. Scouse always sets alarms and snooze for about an hour past the time she set it for. Drives me crazy.
I don't even use alarms as I can just wake up naturally whenever needed. |

Not often. I'm usually awake before my alarm unless I've struggled to get to sleep.
If I need to snooze I'll set an alarm for half an hour so I have a proper sleep.
I always set my alarm for much earlier than I need to get up. |

"If you want to wake up at 8. Bang your head in the pillow 8 times when you get in bed.
Did anyone get told that? "
I remember that one. I can remember banging my head on the pillow 7 times, and the next morning claiming it worked |

I can’t remember if it ever worked. I’ll try it tonight. 11 times, I need a lie in. |
