It's bland. Very bland. Wouldn't stand out on a dark night as it is if you wrapped hot pink neon lights around it and pointed the old searchlights from Wembley Stadium at it on full power.
Sell yourself, visually and with words.
I won't make specific suggestions because if I did your profile would be me, not you.
