If you were offered £13,000 pounds?
This is what Putin is offering mothers in Russia..
The honorary title ‘Mother Heroine’ was established under Joseph Stalin in 1944 after the country suffered tremendous casualties during World War II.
The payment is a one off payment and to be honest that doesn't seem very much for having 10 children! |

I think it is to do with the fact birth rates always full during A-war. Obviously a lot of the young men will also be lost or away therefore the birth rate drops. |

I heard this on the radio earlier unconfirmed reporthis is from inside Russia that in some areas contraception is being withheld. I think you will find choice here and choice living in Russia are 2 very different things. |

Doesn't it cost something like, up to £200,000 to bring up each child to maturity. £13,000 doesn't seem like such a good return on investment, not to mention the toll it takes on a woman's body to have 10 children. |

You get the older children to look after the younger ones, to save on childcare, and they have one potato rubbed in the bacon fat with cabbage for dinner.
Plus, clothes are handed down until they practically fall off the wearer, and they share one bath of water once a week.
