My life has been challenged hugely in the past few years, in so many ways, but i do count my blessings and they help me stay positive. So im happy  |

With life? Yes, genuinely life is pretty good.
With Swinging and this website? Nope… it’s a massive disappointment being a single male male on here…. Just can’t seem to it to work. |

If I'm not feeling happy, I try to tell my brain that I am.
I wonder if its the head playing tricks to make us sad.
If we try to not let it win by thinking of anything good!.. then the sad feeling can get pushed back. |

My point of view is that we only get one shot at this, so I try to seek the positives no matter how small they are.
So take comfort in the things that bring you joy.
