Secret hideaway in the pennines

I will have my baking head on tomorrow as I have promised a certain young lady some of my world renowned (in my own mind anyway) brownies for the weekend.

Too many to choose just one. But I do make a good lime and coconut cake, or chocolate marble crumble cake, or chocolate fudge crinkle biscuits or blackcurrant drizzle cake. I'll stop there before I drool all over the screen and break the phone

Me too actually. Do you find the length of time you soak the dates for makes a difference? I've found the longer I can leave them, the better the pudding

I made a chocolate Victoria sponge once so good, that a lady eating it said, "Mmmm, your delicious". I knew she meant (it's) so didn't whip it out for any further slips of her tongue. Shame.
