"Feel like shit. Just want sunshine back x "
I agree Steve. Sunshine, even though I can't be out in it for very long, is like a therapy for me. It completely lifts me out of a low mood. So, yes, even though we need the rain ... please hurry back sunshine! |

Oh god yes, I'm a miserable f**ker in the winter months That's why I always used to go somewhere warm and sunny for Xmas/New Year. Medications help, but having a glorious sunrise streaming through my window in a morning makes my whole day |

I get really depressed too and feel trapped indoors all the time.
Going away somewhere warm is a great idea! |

Same. My anxiety and depression is always worse in winter, with fewer hours of sunlight. I've recently learned that a Vitamin D supplement every day through winter really helps. I'm currently on an 8-week course of high level Vit D since I finished melanoma treatment. But my nurse says that ideally, everyone should be taking Vit D through winter |

Oh Pickle, what a pickle. I quite enjoyed the sunshine this year, didn't burst into flames and actually worked in the garden.
It's soon pumpkin spice latte season though!
Listen to some reggaeton and keep it going. |
