I had a similar experience, by text and card. I guess certain cards aren't supported by the payment software. I paid by paypal instead (hooked up to the same card) and it worked fine. Might be worth a try. |

I have been paying by my card for over a year and now when I put details in it just goes to a white screen and does nothing |

I’m trying to upgrade and have missed out on 5 extra days as the site won’t take payment or help get it sorted, the link you send for payment issues does not discuss the issue im having |

It doesn't discuss anything, it gives you ideas of what may have happened and then a link where you get in touch with Admin and they will help.
Admin said they sent you a mail about this yesterday, have a check for it in your mailbox |
