Wake up ever day at around 5, even at weekends and when hungover which is the worst. Once eye are open thats it i have to get up and usually end up jacking oof for a couple of hours. What id do to get back to sleep but i just cant and being horny just doesn't help. |

Big subject. Just try and make sure the basics are in place first. Exersise, avoid coffee after dinner and keep off the internet if you can't sleep , it stimulates parts of the brain like coffee. It might sound silly but sometimes I just think about nice cosy things like being tucked up if the weathers really bad outside silly things like that and clear my mind of bills etc . |

I struggle to get back off to sleep once I've woken up.
Will try what you said about thinking about cosy things. Tried meditation/medication |

It does work for me if I wake , I've had real problems with that in the past. Sounds silly but I just clear my mind and imagine I'm in a place I'd really like to be, a bedroom in the top floor of a lighthouse seems to do it for me! Strange I know ! Also I was told if you're tired , catch it , go to bed don't stay up thinking you'll be more tired later on it doesn't work and you're more likely to wake.

Pretty much every day !! Started listening to white noise every night which has certainly helped though as I didn't wake up until 5.15 this morning! |
