Apparently elderly is 65 and over. I think it's a term that implies huge respect (but then I would ).
Elders in a tribe are typically thought to be wise and knowledgeable, therefore of follows that if you're elderly you possess these qualities. |

"Me personally I really like an older lady... in some ways prefer them!
But its not a category I seek like a fetishist... its something I preferences to come across basically"

Oh Come On !
If 65 is elderly - why are millions still working. Still looking after grandchildren. Still having sex..... still cleaning houses and cooking meals , running , going to the gym etc etc etc not to mention mountain climbing.
Crawl into the 20th century ....
Maybe when someone can't walk far, can't run, can't remember their own name, has forgotten what their wanking arm is for and leaves their walking frame in the pub ....... then you can say elderly .... if you don't mind them gnashing you with the false choppers in their pocket hanky .... ffs....
65 is an autumn chicken ....... |

"If it's 65 for women, what age is it for men?
Same age. Mind you I had our first child at 33 and was classed as elderly then"
I was 48 when my daughter was born, imagine what they said about me. |

I don’t see ages as a fetish either as long as there’s mutual attraction and respect. One part of the respect would be to not use the word elderly |

The idea that 65 is elderly stems from the fact that it was the age when men could retire and take their pension.
Sadly all pensioners were regarded as elderly. |

"At what age is a woman elderly?
When she's got a better Zimmer frame than you "
Zimmer frames are old hat we now have wheeled devices with brakes and a nice basket on the front, we can even choose between a three wheeler or a four wheeler and they fold up so you can get them in the boot of a small car. |
