But yeah, twice a week. I much prefer it to upper body training because A) More weight = bigger ego and B) I just feel like I have better mind muscle connection with my legs making it easier to know when to progress |

C- mix it between running on/off road and some gym work.
M- being ex military, grew up playing football as a youngster and then American football in his early 40', has legs like tree trunks and tries to keep them toned with running and mixed gym stuff throughout the week |

It's always the first day of a week's training I do. That way even if I don't manage to hit every session, at least I always train legs Plus the kit's normally free when everyone else is training International Chest Day™

"I just did leg day today. Good thing about doing it on a Sunday is all the squat racks and leg press machines are free "
Mondays are also good cause it's international chest day, so everyone is doing that second one on Thursday |

You'd think that but pretty much every time I go in the weekdays the squat racks are always somehow the ones in use, even if they are doing fucking shrugs of all things |
