So the kids are away for the weekend and the neighbours that overlook my garden are away on holiday ... so far so good.
So yesterday I took full advantage of the sun and was naked doing the gardening, spot of sun bathing, BBQ and beer. I had a great day to myself.
Today started off the same today and I had just been on the sun lounger when the neighbours daughter made me jump out my skin when she shouted ' I bet you don't do that when my Mum and Dad are around!'
I jumped up apologising and tried covering myself but she says that I was wasting my time as she had been watching from the window for a good 10 mins before she came out.
Anyway, I got covered up and had a chat then she said she had to go.
So embarrassing when you don't expect others to see you naked!
So ... anyone else been caught in an embarrassing situation recently? |

Not the same type of situation but embarrassing for my wife! While giving me a laugh at her expense. We were coming home from a party an hour away at 2.30am. As we got back to our town centre we decided to look for a takeaway as both of us were peckish. Now at this point I will add that Willow was dressed in only a transparent sarong. You can guess the type of party it had been  . We live in a rural town and the drive was a quiet one where we didn't see more than a couple of cars on the road. The town centre was also very quiet. As we got into town I started a slow drive around looking for a kebab shop or similar. After a couple of minutes I noticed a police car pull out of a side road and start to follow us. I mentioned this to Willow who looked at me with a slightly wide eyed expression and said..oh shit look how I am dressed! I would also add that we have a small hot hatch that we use for a bit of fun motoring, which is what were using this night. The police followed us around town as I searched in vain for a shop that was open. Having not found one we decided to go home. By this time i had done a complete circuit of town and was back where we first encountered the cop car. Seconds later the blue lights went on and i pulled over at the first opportunity. As i watched in the rear view mirror i saw a middle aged man get out of the drivers side and a young female officer exit from the passenger door. As they approached I put the window down and looked at Willow who was trying badly to cover her naughty bits to no avail. The Male officer bent down and looked into the car and said.. Now this is not what we were expecting! Looking at me then over at the mrs, who was still trying to cover her exposed bits. He had a rather shit eating grin as he said they expected to find a couple of young teenage fellas in the car. The woman asked if I had been drinking, which I hadn't. After a few more questions, a lot of squirming from the wife and smiles from the coppers they told us to go on our way and started walking back to their car. We just looked at each other and burst out laughing. As I drove off I could see them in the mirror laughing also. We often talk about that night and have a giggle. It was one of a few 'caught' experiences we have had over the years  |

Not recently
But many years ago
We were out taking some pictures
With some hay bales etc
And although the farmers were working at the other end of the field
Katie wasn’t bothered
However when we walked back to the car
She said
How about a pic of me walking along this lane??
I went on ahead
And she walked towards me
As I took the pics
A cyclist came hurtling down the lane!!
He just smiled and carried on
