The BBC reported yesterday that there was a Big Bush Fire at Studland yesterday.
Now I am glad no one was injured but I did think how ironic it was to have a big bush fire at a nudist beach ?? sorry for the childish humour |

It is reported that the fire has been put out but because the fire service is still damping down there is no parking allowed on ferry road only in the car parks. Anyone there that can confirm this. |

This morning: Fire crews have been largely scaled back, but the heath is still alight. The Ferry Road is still closed and the ferry still suspended - so no chance of anyone reaching the nudist beach today!
Thankful that everyone in the village is okay (I have family there). |
