Well, nightmares actually. Does anyone else get them? I tend to get them when there's been a change in my role such as a promotion or when I start a new job.
I started a new job recently and got my first one last night where I felt under pressure to do well but not understanding things and there were mentions of salary cuts based on my performance. Ironically, this dream came after my first 1-to-1 with my manager who was lovely and she emphasized that there was no pressure to get to grips with things straight away because of how complicated the systems can be.
I know I'm going to have more until I feel comfortable in the role, but they're definitely not fun to have  |

Or maybe... It's not someone trying to kill you, but a manifestation of your avoidance to take on problems you may have  |

It's the opposite for me, I only dream of my work when I first start at the company or after a shift in my responsibilities. It's like I find the expectations daunting even if I'm the one setting them  |
