Easy to see how guys become disillusioned here. Yes, I understand there’s apparently 100-200 men to every female on fab but, why oh why, when we fab their pics, send courteous and gracious responses, etc. isn’t anything ever read or replied to? One must assume their profiles are mostly fakes or from glory hunters. Otherwise, explain my meagre six responses, (no meets), in 2.5 yrs on fab......a complete waste of time! I had more success in the personal ads of my local farming news. There an occasional old cow looked at me and flashed her udder!

They dont respond simply to avoid the drama of having to deal with the “but why not” conversation….or the “didn’t want you anyway you old boiler” responses.

Don’t take it to heart. There’s little you can do to illicit responses unless the person you’ve messaged wants to engage.

I uploaded a few new pictures yesterday and I had hundreds of messages come through and I was only online about 35 minutes during that time. I've already racked up even more messages since I was last logged on yesterday. Can you imagine the time it would take to read and respond to each person?

Most women on here get ridiculous amounts of messages, but even if they only get one message per day, they don't owe you anything and you shouldn't expect a reply to each one you send.

I get that it must be frustrating! But that's the reality for so many men on here and complaining about it won't improve anything.

Maybe try the chat rooms or forums and see if that's any better for starting a convo with someone?

After two and a half years, are you still doing the same things but expecting a different outcome? Blame women by all means, decry us as "glory hunters" (not sure what glory there is in getting tons of messages from blokes, many of them rude or objectifying) but does it help your situation?

Because, we look at profiles first, see the owner of said profile isnt what we want, so delete the message.

I think the issue with a sex site is people see a person only as that. There is a woman behind the photos that still wants the same respect you would treat a woman in public. It's exhausting receiving endless messages of abuse, sexual stories and messages that show you're nothing more than a pussy on legs.

You're treating this site like a dating / hook up site and nothing in your profile really shows that you are involved in 'the lifestyle'.

If you want to get involved don't rely on this site, you have to go to places where swingers hang out. Get speaking to people and get known.

We get 100s of message a week and very few are worth responding too.... why?

1) Most of the guys sending the messages have not read our profile and do not understand why we are actually here. We give specific guidance on things not to do, but guys still do it. Like they are some sort of exception that we are going to warm too... It's not going to happen. We have been doing swinging / naturist fun since 2009 and know what we enjoy and what we don't. No random guy is ever going to make us just drop everything and meet at the drop of a hat.

2) Most of the messages read the same and follow the same theme. Very few guys seem to know how to stand out simple as that, even with couples we don't particularly enjoy chatting on here be it in rooms or by messages. It's the same questions over and over again.

Like we say the best way to meet people is in the flesh at swinger / naturist venues. It works because you get to see the real people not some internet persona - there is no expectations that can be build up if you meet after lots of chat on here.

Your messages, your pics and your profile all have to be on point to have any chance.

It then depends on luck…are they chatting to others or have plans with others.

Work on presenting you in the best way possible. Use the options FAB provides you…access to socials, clubs, cams, forums…

Once you’ve tried all those avenues, you’ll find you’ll be interacting with more people and therefore increase your chances.

No you are missing the point, ask the question why am I not getting any meets and sift through what the majority (not all) of women are stating is they have a choice so they go for the ones that appeal, attractiveness isn’t just outward appearance but if you put out that you are working on your physical well being which in turn helps your mental well being then that makes you more attractive to the opposite sex, this is primal and built into us from being cavemen and before that, so yes I said it, make yourself more attractive both in a physical sense and hone your skills, if it’s a no then it’s a no but if people aren’t learning from mistakes and then blaming other people for it then that’s bonkers, if you saw your own kids doing the same blame game stuff then you would pull them up about it and rightly so, nothing is easy, it’s not supposed to be, this is why the world is failing because people won’t accept their own failings and learn from it, it’s breeding generations of people without the capacity to grow and learn and build because it’s someone else’s fault

1.People are less likely to be disillusioned if they approach something with a reasonable understandings of likelihoods than if they do from imagining unshakeable certainties.

2. When'we' fab 'their' ....... very divisive. You see yourself in the 'man' camp and the 'women' in a women camp. I try to always be honest..

I respect that a lady or couple have limited time so am patient .

Be honest...be yourself..and the right lady will reply.

Before things like tinder, fabs and other dating websites people used to meet in real life. And I’d say in most introductions men put in the first 80% of the effort and women put in 20%. If there’s a spark eventually you’d hope it becomes 50/50

But with unlimited options, women are putting in less effort, because they have 1000 other guys to talk to. So instead of messaging someone on here and getting that 80/20, your getting 99% effort to even get 1% back

Well some don't read the profiles at all, some just chance with a friend request or a quick hi, wanna meet right now or fancy a f*ck.

But to steer things back on track, it is difficult but you might need to re-evaluate your message content OP. I’ve had a couple of rathe excellent meets in the last two years, which isn’t too bad considering the whole C19 restrictions and that I’m generally looking last minute as I work away lots, with little notice and odd hours. On top of that I’ve had quite a few nice responses from women either not looking that day or not available for various reasons- so sometimes the dull existence of remote working and hotel living has at least been punctuated by a evening of random chat by PM.
