On evorel sequi patches (HRT) is anyone else on this how's your journey going on it have you seen any improvements? I know everyone's body re-acts differently have looked on other threads about this but nothing but just wanted to know there is light at the end of the tunnel sort a speak & also I'm not on any social media to ask on there  |

Yes …. there’s light. I’m still not 100% and the sex drive is only around for about a week - but it’s better than it was. |

Yes …. there’s light. I’m still not 100% and the sex drive is only around for about a week - but it’s better than it was. "

"I’m on day 2 as well. Are the patches good at staying on, I’m wanting a bath but don’t know if it says on better if I shower"

I’m using these, have been for about 3 months. They worked really well at first, but I feel they are not quite as effective now. Having said that I’m way way better with them than I was before.
I have a Drs appointment Monday to discuss maybe upping the dosage.
They stay stuck really well. Ive used a jacuzzi with no problems

She’s prescribed some hormone gel that I can use to help relieve dryness, and has said to call her again in 3 months if I need to and she will increase the strength of the patches |
