I have just eaten toast with butter, wholemeal seeded bloomer....phwoar it was good. I also have a large mug of coffee, I am looking forward to my first caffeine hit of the day in just a mo.

I love making marmalade. Made a cracking Blood Orange one this year. Who doesn’t like marmalade on toast?

Love homemade one. Someone gives me lots. I particularly like bitter orange.

I’m doing a 17/7 split just because of work commitments and I’m amazed how well it’s working.
