Banana, apple and fresh garden blackberries. Maybe a hint of ground cinnamon and lemon juice.

I have just eaten toast with butter, wholemeal seeded bloomer....phwoar it was good. I also have a large mug of coffee, I am looking forward to my first caffeine hit of the day in just a mo.
