seafood risotto tonight, washed down with a glass or four of the Merlot that has been flirting with me from the wine rack all week.... cheeky temptress that she is!

I'm off the wagon tonight as we have friends over for dinner. We've spent all day cooking Lamb karahi, saag aloo & masala chaana with pilau rice homemade naans, cucumber & mint raita, red onion chutney and (not homemade) mango chutney & pompadoms.
I am currently sipping a red wine and later will have a Cobra (or 3) |

"I'm off the wagon tonight as we have friends over for dinner. We've spent all day cooking Lamb karahi, saag aloo & masala chaana with pilau rice homemade naans, cucumber & mint raita, red onion chutney and (not homemade) mango chutney & pompadoms.

Larhe salmon fillet in lime n lemon with lots of herbs and green beans,carrots and a bottle of champers.....and for afters some m&s choccys Oah brought me yoday to cheer me up...plus lush flowers |

Anyway...I've got clotted cream rice pudding for afters, and I had a hand in producing that.
Ok.....I took it out of it's M&S pot, put it into a nice glass and topped it with raspberry coulis, also from a shop
