So, is it better to lure your prey in before exposing the face, or is it better to have a pic on your photos with risk of being recognised (which am a little worried about)..... |

Same as you op. It always worried me with my work. Things have changed so I might stick my fave on here….
And then there’s the risk of scaring everyone away. |

In a ball gown because that's how we roll in N. Devon |
The crushing disappointment when I sent my face pic to someone I had been talking to and they stopped talking, or said "sorry, not for me" or virtually ran away screaming was too much for me.
So I put my face pic public, said to hell with it, and now I'm not a shock to anyone as they've already seen me. So if they message, I can't be that offensive to them.
If I'm going to find a person attractive it will be because of their face. Sure, a body is a nice thing to look at, but the face is the important thing. So I like to see that first of all. |

You can keep your face in your private pics and just attach to a message if you're interested in meeting someone |

Yep, that is always jarring. It’s actually my worst feeling I get from fab. |

That's what I have been doing but I don't think I've used private photos for friends as I've only got like one friend |

I have my face in friends photo's just for privacy. But, also, I'll send one in my first message to someone because if there's no attraction I'd rather not waste time. |

I put a face pic in all my first messages. I’d hate to get to know someone, seemingly well matched, only for them to then say no thanks after they’ve seen my boat race. |

I put a face pic on every now and again to hopefully stop those who aren’t interested from messaging me. It’s not nice when you send a pic and you aren’t for them and then disappear. I’m not very confident about my appearance as it is so when I feel brave I throw a pic out. |

But if that someone at work finds you, they probably also have kinky secrets!
I only recently started making my face pic public once I realised that if I get recognised and called out then actually that reflects far more on the individual with the lack of discretion than it does on me. I've got nothing at all to be ashamed of being here, so I'm going to own it and be proud of it |

Very true but learning my employer watches people's social media accounts.
Lovely eyes and smile. Very captivating and thank you for putting on your profile |

Nope, I know they have said anything you display on social media that can affect the company can be used against you.
One member of staff put on fb that she had a stressful day at work and felt unhappy. The next day she had a meeting with HR asking why she had put that status on and not to |

If they ask I’ll provide one, if not do so once the conversations got to that point. Obvious red flags like not site supporting, photo verified or “You got Kik” withstanding…! |

I don't think you need to go public and have one on your profile if you're not comfortable doing so, but I do think it's best to exchange pics as soon as you feel that small connection because facial attraction is so important for so many of us. |
