"Adding the letter u into words to spell them properly

sorry to disappoint you but ----

In 1808, Sir Humphry Davy identified the existence of the metal in alum, which he at first named "alumium" and later "aluminum." Davy proposed the name aluminum when referring to the element in his 1812 book Elements of Chemical Philosophy, despite his previous use of "alumium." The official name "aluminium" was adopted to conform with the -ium names of most other elements.

The only specific example youve given there is roe v wade. The others are general so youll have to be specific in what you mean.

Regarding roe v wade, all that was is rightfully correcting a supreme court overreach from half a decade ago, and returning abortion to the will of the electorate, like any other country. States that want it will continue to have it, states that dont wont. In other words, democratic

Amazing how anybody making the pro abortion case always hang their argument on those 2 overwhelmingly rare instances. They never confront the reality in the vast majority of cases, which is abortion to suit lifestyle choice.

Yes it's totally democratic and fab that women at risk of dying from childbirth are still not allowed an abortion in some states. Or women and girls who've been r@ped or suffered inc@st. All great stuff. "

They’re being eroded there at a rate of knots at the moment!! Don’t you keep up with the news?

Dismantling of roe v wade for starters! Huge issue. Dismantling of rights to contraception, sexual health access, working rights…

Legislative nuances could have been fixed without making it impossible for women to have agency over their own bodies

Everyone has the right to choose what they do with their bodies. Many people get tattoos, they are not for me, but it's their right to get them others make choices about alcohol use.

Roe v Wade will see an increase in back street terminations and many many women will die as a result.

Isn't the 21st century a great time to live, rather than during the Spanish Inquisition!

It’s fine for you not to agree with abortion.. but it’s not fine for your views to influence my right to bodily autonomy..

Until you can carry a child, give birth, breastfeed and be ultimately responsible 24/7 for min 18 yrs for said child your opinion on abortion has no bearing on my right to decide.

Regarding roe v wade, all that was is rightfully correcting a supreme court overreach from half a decade ago, and returning abortion to the will of the electorate, like any other country. States that want it will continue to have it, states that dont wont. In other words, democratic

Yes it's totally democratic and fab that women at risk of dying from childbirth are still not allowed an abortion in some states. Or women and girls who've been r@ped or suffered inc@st. All great stuff.

Amazing how anybody making the pro abortion case always hang their argument on those 2 overwhelmingly rare instances. They never confront the reality in the vast majority of cases, which is abortion to suit lifestyle choice.

If thats what you want, then just own it

Do you think women should have agency over their own bodies?

Not at the expense of another human, no.

I dont agree with abortion, except in a case of fatal foetal abnormality or perhaps ra pe

It’s fine for you not to agree with abortion.. but it’s not fine for your views to influence my right to bodily autonomy..

Until you can carry a child, give birth, breastfeed and be ultimately responsible 24/7 for min 18 yrs for said child your opinion on abortion has no bearing on my right to decide."

Yes it clearly does, the opinion of everyone has a bearing on this societal and humanitarian issue

"When life begins is debatable. I don’t consider an embryo to be alive and many would agree.

Again - don’t agree with abortion? Great don’t have one you don’t have the right to say what others can do.

Criminalising abortion doesn’t stop it happening just makes it more dangerous!

As i said, when it involves another living being, i believe i do have a right. And a duty. If a country or states votes it in, then fair enough. To say i have no right in the matter is incorrect however "

Nope as a man you don’t get the right to say if I have to become a mother and go through pregnancy and childbirth

until you are named on a birth certificate you have no bearing or right…

But i clearly do. There was a referendum here on it a few years back and i cast my vote, had my say.

And that’s why America had gone backwards… here in the UK were pretty progressive in terms of fundamental women’s rights… which is our right to choose.

It’s not a living breathing life until us women have supported it and given birth.

An abortion at 6 weeks is no different to a period.. it’s a sac of cells not a living breathing human…

They keep theirs in the fridge in supermarkets and are bumfuzzled that ours are just out on the shelf.

Oh...they don't know what a supermarket is.

Or what the word bumfuzzled means.

That taking the piss isn’t bullying, it’s a term of endearment.

That money shouldn’t actually smell like shit.

That when you order a chilli and chips, it shouldn’t come with crisps

Finally, that anyone with a Yorkshire accent isn’t Australian

It's not a proper measurement! Some American couldn't be arsed with grams or ml so grabbed a cup and went "eh, this'll do"
