This evening, probably about 9pm it shall be what I consider summer eating some BBQ chicken marinaded in only THEE finest Old El Paso sauce with a big ol salad, think I’ll boil up some rice I’ll maybe boil a few eggs too

Last nights leftover spag bol , half a baguette, packet of Parma ham, olive oil, olives, tomatoes, finished with 1/2 kilo fat free yogurt with honey and strawberries (only 85Kcal per serving apparently!) . Been a fuck of a day
