When do you have your last cup of coffee?

I have about 3 cups of coffee a day and I like it. I tend to have the last one at 8pm, as I dont want to have it too late, having said that I can as well have it before bed time and to beable fall asleep straight away after it  |

That's the caffeine withdrawal. By the time I get the headache kicking in I can take my sleepy time painkillers and go to sleep anyway.
Is a bad day or two when I run out of real coffee and have to have decaf all day though |

I picked up a large Starbucks driving home last night at 9.45. I will sometimes take a coffee to bed. The only thing that occasionally makes getting to sleep difficult is stress. The rest of the time I am apparently an elite class fall asleeper.

About 2. I tend to drink decade after that if I want another or I'll just stick with water. Eros on the other hand can drink it at any time and still fall asleep before his head hits the pillow

I'm with you on this shag....3 or 4 max per day and last 1 around 8pm
Needs to be a dolce gusto pod with pecan caramel skinny syrup though!  |

When I work from home I've only ever had one a day at a around 10:30pm.
Since going back into the office though, I've been having one around 2pm after having one at 10:30pm and before I start work. I need to control it  |

My sleep time is by far the most important part of my life, so, although I enjoy about 2-3 cups of coffee most days, the last will always be about 4pm at the very latest.
I do not sleep well if I drink any coffee or have a large meal late in the day |
