You don’t need a ring and a piece of paper to smash a pasty.

What's going on?. I was with my partner for 25years and never got married. Made absolutely no difference to us.

Why is this aimed at girls? Takes 2 people to make a baby!

Weddings were banned for long periods during lockdown and even when tiny weddings were allowed people didn't want them.

If a woman puts her foof around a man's dangle and wiggles till he squeals she makes a baby.

People would rather spend £20k (average cost of a wedding in the UK) on their family than blow it all in one day on a dress and friends of their parents that they don't even know...

I wonder how their happiness is compared to couples who did get married not because they wanted too particularly but because it was expected and it seen as the 'right thing to do'

My kids were both born out of marriage but they did not suffer any adversities or ill effects, in fact it was lovely when we did marry because the kids were able to participate and see a loving nurturing relationship being solidified because we wanted it

In the middle

I heard a bit of this on the radio and it’s not so much as they are unmarried but more the fact they aren’t naming the father on birth certificates, choosing to go it alone as it were

Thing is you don't need any money to get married. It costs £250 pounds to get married in England in total, It's all the added extras that people want but if people want to get married it's not beyond most people's reach.

Marriage is becoming outdated! When I had my first child 48 years ago it was a case of"having" to get married if u become pregnant out of wedlock or there was the unmarried mums home if ur parents would not support u ! So happy times have changed! X
