Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
It's not too bad here but half the park appears to have blown in through my bedroom window and the cat is acting perturbed.
Friends in the SW are housebound because of the flooding. Not so good for them. |

"Don't you just love freaky weather!!
All this rain and the chaos it brings, crazy crazy goings on!!!"
Nah. There's folks not far from here who are out of their homes because of the weather. |

Can't beat a good bit of fluvial flooding unless a river bank went pop and then you really shouldn't have moved into a property that's on a pluvial plain .... No more insurance next year - those mean, risk averse insurers... Tut tut.
Nature is always awesome! |

Exeter was wet and soggy but ok last night.
The rest of Devon took a beating and the usual problems associated with lots of rain are here.
No one is bleating about how bad it is though - the county is on it's feet, dusted off and ready to go again. |

We have had the same and indeed the tree in my front garden blown over and is now leaning against my neighbour's house, thank goodness no one was killed nor can he see any damage. One of the staff at work who comes from another site, lives in Devon, she was told to go home yesterday at 2pm because if she didn't she would end up in the hotel she has been staying here whilst training |

On the radio this morning, they were saying there's a bad storm in the Bay of Biscay moving northwards and we're going to cop it down south over the weekend. Bloody French again!!!! Should never have given them back Gaul...
