Blancmange.
Now before you judge, it is much more versatile than you , for instance as an insult
"You look like a bloody blancmange"
As an expletive
"What the blancmange was that?"
As an adjective
"No, it needs to be a little more blancmange"
Romantically
"Your blancmange is so perfect"
Erotically
"I want to lick your blancmange"
Aggressively
"I'm going to kick the blancmange out of you"
Humorously
"My blancmange in law is so fat..."
I'm sure you will agree it should be everyone's favorite word because it comes in so many flavors.

"Scrumptious "
You may be interested to know that this is a new and exceptionally tasty apple cultivar (cultivated variety) that is highly regarded by both amateur and commercial growers.
Currently, only available from farmers' markets and discerning greengrocers.
The breeder who devised it, through crossbreeding, has bred several superb cultivars, including, I think, Herefordshire Russet.
Apples grown from seed do not come true: the seed from an apple will not grow a tree like its parent; Scrumptious trees are grown by budding a Scrumptious scion (a cutting) to a malus rootstock which will determine the final size of the eventual Scrumptious tree, anywhere from M27 (tiny) to M106 and beyond!
There is more to the term Scrumptious than you might think: look at the Orangepippin fruit site, if you are interested. |
