I get a sense of disappointment from such requests so early into a chat and I step back from those conversations with a respectful message setting my communication boundaries out clearly.

up till now, the norm for me anyway has been to take the conversation to Kik or telegram.
I made the mistake of giving someone my number a several months ago and got spammed for porn vids and pictures.
Someone would normally get my number if there was a firm arrangement to meet |

I am mixed on this.
I want a phone call pretty early on especially if it’s another female or a couple to prove everyone is genuine.
That said I’ve been caught out and had to block numbers as well from people who aren’t who they say they are |

At which point Can you say don't really know,because social media is only one part and even if you've met them in person doesn't mean that you know them. It can take forever to actually know someone but never enough,every day a person learns more good bad and unsure |
