The Mayor of Cockington, which is a town in Devon, is a Pony called Patrick.
Patrick was anointed mayor at a ceremony on 23 July after hundreds backed an online campaign to elect him to the post after the death of previous mayor Don Mills.
Council bosses have banned Guinness loving Patric from his local pub stating the pub needs planning permission to change the garden to grazing land.

There's a town near here where a guy takes his horse to Wetherspoons. It doesn't go inside and it holds no public office there is also no grass outside the esteemed establishment. Maybe that's the difference  |

These council workers needs to get off their high horse!"
They should just ignore the council and let Patrick have a pint. That’ll teach all those neigh sayers. |
