"What do you prefer, dickpic or a facepic?"
I'm gonna buck the trend I suspect and say dick pic before face.
But then we're a couple and I suspect have different priorities than singles.
If a guy isn't packing something nice below (visually and size wise) then it wouldn't matter how facially attractive he was - there'd be disappointment once the clothes come off. So, as most guys are more willing to have a public cock pic than face pic, that's fine with us.
Much as people say "size doesn't matter" and "it's what you do with it that counts", the fact remains if you're used to a certain size at home then you're not going to want something significantly smaller in a meet with someone you're not interested in an emotional connection with where physical interaction is the aim of the game.
Of course a nice face too is a bonus. But if we don't like what we see body wise and cock wise then it'll never get to the point that a face pic will need to be shown.
