Getting so fed up now with replying to profiles that say ." Looking to meet now " then 2 mins later there off line ..scenario ego trippers or shy or wishful thinkers .  ..  |

Was just saying there may be other explanations.
I think also some people use it to get more attention, or to line up a meet 'soon' as opposed to now |

But you have to understand how many people are on the site, we put up a meet and were inundated within minutes of it going up.. literally so there is so many out there looking to meet that its dead easy to have your meet now sorted in a matter of minutes.. |

It could also be mind that you get inundated with idiots and think fuck it lets not bother lol.. after only getting through the first few that message so give before getting to any genuine ones.. thats happened too.. |

Lets be realistic here, there are so many on here that like the thought of swinging, like to have all the horny chat about it but when it actually comes to meeting they back out for all sorts of reasons, just keep plugging away and the meets will come. |

 The one time we have put a meet up like that, that's exactly what happened. If we had gone through all the messages we got within 20 minutes just trying to find the genuine ones, we'd have been there until the next morning and no time to actually meet.
Gave up and went for a curry instead! Such is life.....  Lol!

Some people are fickle and you will always get it on a free to join site. Its just a matter of sorting through the also rans for the good ones. |

Yep thats exactly it..and what we did.. takeaway and a great night together.. so much easier.. sifting through the crap apart from not time for meet would have had a blinding headache by then anyway.. lol |

The meet today thing can get a tad confusing.
I might want a meet today, but at say 7pm or afterwards, but post 'meet today' and those looking for action NOW are straight on your case.
That is why I think it is wise that your status line should be used in conjunction with the 'meet today' flag - so people can see exactly when you are looking for.
The 'meet NOW' brigade that then log off are either very lucky (and forgetful), post when they shouldn't do or are looking to up the views they receive.
Meet 'NOW' usually means meet within the next hour or two anyway. I don't sit there ready and showered waiting for the knock on my door in 10 minutes and am sure others don't either.
Meets take time to organise and allowing for that + getting ready + travel, even if you get lucky within 5 minutes of posting, you are looking at at least an hour before you do meet. |
