Depends some most days i think fat cunt tbh but every now and then usually during a bath or shower i see the light shimmering the right way and think no for a fella your age and the shit you been thrue you look good
Then i go the gym and the fat cunt cycle begins again  |

When I look in the mirror I see a combination of my parents looking back at me, more mum when I’m tired, more dad when I’m happy.

Body-wise, I like what I see in the mirror as it feels like work in the gym paying off.
Facially, I have better days than others. Some days I see attractive features but a lot of days I don't really see anything positive or focus more on the flaws  |

I never really thought I looked great, or good for my age, I just saw imperfections… but Just now, I am losing a number of friends to terminal illnesses so I am starting to view things a little differently, myself included |

Having been on a journey of huge transformation, I now mostly look in the mirror and love who I see, and definitely 'would'.
Occasionally though, the old me still pops in there and I see a fat old grump with saggy boobs and huge thighs. But then I remember what I've achieved and I chase that bitch away pretty damn quick. |

I love it, what I don't understand is how everything changes when I freeze time and take a picture.
Obviously, it's a case of overwhelming the technology with my beauty, hopefully one day things will reach a point when I don't have to take 1000 pictures to find 1, ok'ish shot.
Jokes aside, exercise, better nutrition, skin care and supplements have all helped. However, that's just icing on the narcissistic cake. |

I'm definitely not getting better with age! But my ex fucked me up abit in that respect, she never had anything nice to say about how I looked, use to make pig noises at me when I ate, name calling, that sort of thing so my confidence took a beating, and this place doesn't really help but I've got a thick skin and a strong mind, what doesn't kill us can only make us stronger...or so they say |

I look in the mirror and I'd rate myself at least a 6 maybe 7, throw in the personality and im a 10 EASY, However if i we're to judge myself based on this site, then had a look in the mirror, I'd ask myself the question, am i really what i think i am?  good job i answer myself right back with a "Dammm right you are, with a bag of them some on top"  |

I stride into the bathroom full of confidence and bravado, look in the mirror and say
“Fuck, when did you get old!?”
Then I do MY smile, the one that includes my eyes, the winning smile that always gets a smile back when I unleash it, and I say “Old, maybe. But I still got it!”

I like to take a pride in my appearance, with quality aftershave etc, and enough people have said over the years that I'm in very good shape which is also confirmed in my verifications. So without sounding ego centric, I suppose I must look pretty sexy, or at least good enough for practice. |

Sometimes if I'm just out the shower (and haven't got my glasses on, this might be an important detail) I look in the mirror and I actually look halfway decent. Perhaps.

I found a photo a while back from when I was around 24. I audibly gasped and said, "I looked good!" Alice was confused and saud, "Yeah...?"
And it made me sad to think I never realised it at the time and how I wasted hours back then feeling like shit.
I wonder what I'll think when I look back in another 20 years. |

I got rid of all full length mirrors in our house, I avoid looking at my reflection unless i'm having a good hair/makeup/outfit/non bloaty kind of day  but when I put all the effort in i'm not too bad I suppose. |
