"Possibly due to fact they are rear wheel drive ....wet roads and driver not knowing how to handle a rear wheel car properly....just a thought " Agree with you there. Lovely cars but not great in the winter in my own experience. |

You're wrong. It's Audi drivers in my experience. Aggressive tosspieces each and every one.
Handily Audi knows of its reputation on the roads, and all of its cars now come with the WWL (wanker warning lights) safety system.
The little curved always on LEDs under the headlights that warn other road users of approaching cuntishness. |

This might be made up, but I think I heard once that because Volvos were the safest cars, they were the worst drivers cos they didn't need to be as careful
(Sorry Volvo drivers, not saying it's what I think of course, just repeating something I heard! ) |

I own a bmw, a 4x4 and a large american people carrier and I don't see why any of you mutha fuckers think you have the right to drive on MY roads! get rid of your cars and get on the buses and trains where you all (without exception) belong! And yes I include lorries in that! especially livestock transport. the end. |

Lets see engine in the front drive in the back? Short of a 4x4 combination it's the best combo.

What is this misconception that rear wheel drives are the worse in the bad weather??
I live in NI - we only every have bad weather and theres a real high proportion of Bms on the roads
Eejit drivers will cause accidents no matter what they drive |

Any car+Any wheel drive+ Any weather+ driver who doesn't know what he's doing = accident waiting to happen"
Just corrected the above. Hope you don't mind |

Not at all
But my point is that these days most people will learn to drive in a front wheel drive car then probably start off driving in a front wheel drive aswell, then after a few years when they think they are a driving god and got a bit more money get a high powered rear wheel drive car such as a BMW lol
And havent got a clue how to handle it, they're the ones to watch out for |

Loving this forum. I commute on the motorway every day. I have a personlised plate ; and I have never had an accident in 20 year.
On the M8 I see cars (mostly BMW, audis) cutting in front of me, lorries and other road users with little thought of safety.
And, when did the outside lane of the motorway became the norm to drive in????

It's the rear wheele drive - but recent editions like mine have a button you can press that gives you fantastic grip |

Hmmm i think the real culprits are being ignored here, what you're actually saying is that the most popular "rep" cars are driven badly on our roads. Don't you think that may show that the type of person who has been given these nice cars to drive by their companies are just c**ts. Exactly the same sort of banker that would quite happily gamble billions of pounds of OUR money on the stock exchange. These people illustrate exactly what is wrong with today's "hurry hurry, must make more money" society and i love it when passing one of these idiots when their on the back of the tow truck being taken away from the accident or being told of by a policeman. |

Beemer drivers tend to be the most aggressive IMO ...if anyone roars up my ars on the motorway and flashes their lights its normally a BM..or a Merc..
They also seem to cut people up or barge in wherever they like..its all accelerate, brake hard, accelerate, brake hard..
But the biggest arsoles are people who key their cars for no apparent reason...for some reason beemer drivers seem to get it more than anyone..they are not all bad and dont deserve spiteful attacks by mindless turds who will probably never be able to afford one in their lives. |

Well I ran into the back of one and wrote my car off , a very nice lady got out and blamed the rear wheels and handling thing. We both slid on black ice. She admitted she was not confident driving the thing and apolgised for driving at 10 miles an hour but it was the BMWs fault. Unbelievable |

Oh..and lets spare a thought for Scooby drivers!!
Note to scooby drivers: Colin Macrae is actually dead...your not Colin MacCrae, you never will be...and unless you would like to join him, slow down a bit eh!!
Oh who mentioned personalised plates earlier?...hmm...what is the point of those things, ok some are ok, but the ones that mis-spell names with '3s 7's 0's etc etc just look plain stupid..why spend all that money on something that only resembles your name when you turn your head sideways and squint???
And, who cares what your name is V7CK1...?
They are the motoring equivalent of a monogrammed tie pin!
But, each to their own, and thank god we are all different
Rant over, and out! |

Prius drivers! Lmao they are the ones who think they are eco-frindly but in reality aren't as the cars aren't that economical. It will be all those oven ready's on their shoulders that are weighing it down no doubt and all those limited lifespan 8yr non recyclable batteries too. Overtaking well at 11 sec 0-60 I think they are letting you do it for amusement rather than anything else as one would let a clown car pass to count how many are in the back seat. |
