So, I’m off work and the sun is out so doing the washing and getting it out on the washing line and some chores.
Food!……I’m starting to feel peckish.
I can’t be arsed to go to the shops (I’ll go tomorrow) as I’m concentrating on getting stuff done here at home.
So, in the fridge, I have, 1 left over cooked chicken breast carved off the chicken for the weekend, mature cheddar, coleslaw, tomatoes, spring onions, half a cucumber, gherkins, eggs and a tin of tuna.
I’m thinking chicken breast, spring onion, tomatoes, cucumber, cheese in a bowl all mixed together with the coleslaw?
What would you make? |

Same as you but with a couple of chopped up hard boiled eggs.

Pound the chicken breast flat.
Make a tomato sauce to spread over the chicken.
Use the vegetables, chopped and sprinkled over the chicken.
Top with cheese.
Bake in oven.
Almost zero carb ‘pizza’ |
