I was wondering if there are ladies who go cycling for a little naughty session in a Forest or on a cycle path ?

I cycled every day before I was involved in an RTA that completely put me off. Used to love it.

Yes, this was two years ago now. I’d never get on a bike again though, don’t want to.

A car came flying out of a side road and didn’t stop at a hive way. He didn’t see me and drove right into me on a main road in rush hour traffic.

It's terrifying isn't it? I had it happen to me years ago, the car stopped but left me waiting for an ambulance. Multiple witnesses heard them say thay couldn't wait as they were running late to the theatre but despite an admission of being distracted the police did nothing.

30 years on I'm still twitchy at junctions unless I've made eye contact with the driver I assume they've not seem me

Oakhill

I have have been looking for a woman that likes cycling. So that we can go and cycle all the lovely cycle tracks we have in this country.

I have done the millennium track in south Wales. The Tarka trail in north Devon a few weeks ago. I am off to Cornwall later this week to do the Camel trail.

I can't find a female companion anywhere that like camper van stopovers. That are pub or camp sites, close to a cycle track.

Am I to old ?

This guy waited and was prosecuted for driving without due care and attention. He admitted all to the insurance company and a received a healthy pay out but I’d rather be able to enjoy cycling again. I just can’t and I don’t want to even try,

The pay out softens the blow but as yiu say when you end up nonlonfer cycling as a result its awful.

I'm not sure about where you are but in London there's a lot of cycle trainers who teach adults how to ride a bike and to ride confidently in traffic and while they mainly deal with new cyclists I know they also help people coming back after an accident, might be worth considering?

It worries me everytine I go out that I could be involved in an accident, too many motorists dont realise how much danger they put cyclists in abd how vulnerable we are
