I love kettlebells. (I am not using mine enough though).
You can use them simultaneously for core, strength and stamina. They are deceptive in that you work alot harder than you realise.

Working out with kettlebells has improved my overall fitness by leaps and bounds. Obi Vincent is a great guy to follow on YouTube for workout but do yourself a favor and take 30mins to get your form right before you really push yourself with kettlebells. |
