I've watched quite a few of the events on the telly but we haven't got tickets to see anything but wish we had.

Sign up on their website. Some of the tickets are quite cheap and I reckon it would be a good day out.

I did look to see if we could get anything to see the cycling at the velodrome as it's just up the road from where we live but nothing seems to be available.

That was shocking that the Marathon runner took the wrong turning. All that organisation and they didn't put a Marshall there

That has happened a few times recently. It's really bad and quite shocking that this can happen.

Some events are more popular than others. Tried to book a hotel to stay over for tomorrow’s events but hotel prices are silly. Understandably so.

That was one of the things that put us off trying to get tickets for anything in Birmingham.

I have gone for an early start. Watch during the day and drive back. I am the designated driver so can’t drink and enjoy the day properly but still worth it. Atmosphere should be good.

Ouch. Didn’t see this on TV. Considering all the training leading up to it and. Easing up on the day like this. Not really his fault. Poor bloke.

Tin town

Been watching the 7s. Wish they'd get some decent commentators.

I've found it quite hard finding our what's on and when so if anyones got the days itinerary would be good.

Enjoy the NEC. If driving, book your parking in advance.
