oooo that's not a nice shift! mine however vary between days and nights, sometime only have 24/48 hr turn round from nights to days!! Anywho off to bed now me thinks...................night peeps

"Did nights for years, used to get in at 8am bed by 9, up by 12 ish, never sleep well even now, so feel for you x"
I used to get in at 5.30 get my son up about 7.30 then take him to school take ex to work get to bed about 10 then get up about 1 to pick her up from work go pic the boy up make dinner go to work and I never done anything as she said lol |
