"Serbian Film it's a terrible film, kind of worth persevering with for the skull fucking scene though "

Newborn porn. I couldn't believe it. Despite everything, it was actually a well acted and well crafted film I thought.

Going down a different route.... The Fountain is a film I like to watch. So many different layers. Of course, casual viewers will dismiss it as a load of nonsense.

"Night Of The Demon "

It’s Black & White mate

Great recommendation though

Streets of Fire, Michael Pare, Diane Lane, Rick Moranis and Williem Dafoe. Great soundtrack, 50s style with an 80’s attitude. Kissing in the rain, boy saves girl, tough talking, fights with axes, motorbikes and Rock n Roll.

Cult film directed by Walter Hill.

What’s not to like

My car scares the crap out of me sometimes. Every now and then I get in and when the satnav comes on it knows where I am going without me programming it!...

There was a dog in the book, but it wasn't his. If anything, the book's dog story is even more heartbreaking.

Oh, forgot Bone Tomahawk. A western of a VERY different kind. Once seen, never forgotten.

The odd angry shot.

Australians in Vietnam. Neither Gung ho nor anti war but good portrayal of the soldier's experience.

If you’re bringing Hammer Films into the equation then surely Captain Kronos Vampire Hunter is also worth a watch.

Based on a novel called Roadside Picnic by Arkady and Boris Strugatsky and a loose basis for the video game series of the same name."

Brilliant film. Love all of Tarkovsky's films.

I saw it as a child and it's still one of the weirdest films I've ever seen. Literally have never heard anyone beyond my family speak of it ever."
