Not a massive fan of wine to be honest, but when I do partake I always swallow seems a shame to waste it x

I would say swallow, carefully. I mean, be careful about the swallowing, not that my advice is careful and well thought out.

There was a winetasting I went to where I tried all the noble wines on offer and I sampled them deep and I sampled them thoroughly, then went back for the ones I had second thoughts about.

Finally to finish off I had to try the difference between a French brandy and a Spanish one. The waiter poured a wery largsh spansh brondy and I had to be shteered home by shober compansh

I would recommend if you have paid for the tasting to swallow. If you are like me and get invited to them through work spit most and swallow the really good ones. After all you don't want to be a d*unk ass fool at them!!
