A nice big baking potato that is.

Any ideas for a nice filling to go with it?

Sounds nice....

I always have either cheese and beans or tuna mayo.

There's some tasty ideas here, I was thinking of making some chilli and using the rest for lunch tomorrow, but now I'm spoilt for choice!

Spoon out the potato into a bowl, mix with chopped prawns, spring onions and sour cream. Put the mixture back in the potato and top it with mozarella cheese. Put it back in the oven until the cheese has browned.

Yummy

Yes to scoop out and eat the flesh separately to the skins. I would butter the skins before returning to the oven, and make a dip with mayo, garlic and chilli for dunking.

Mmmm yes, I always scoop out the flesh and mix it with butter, salt and pepper before returning it to the skins and popping it back in the oven. It's one of my proper comfort foods, especially on a rainy evening like tonight.

I knew all my fabtastic formulites would come up with the goods ... thanks guys and girls!
