I've just found out that actor Bernard Cribbins has sadly passed away at the age of 93.

I remember him from the Carry On movies, Doctor Who, the Play it Safe public information film and many others. Such a sad loss.

RIP Mr Cribbins. You will be sadly missed

93 is a great innings by any standard, but to have achieved as much as he did in that time, and to have still been working well past the point that most of us could ever manage, and to have been a familiar face to generations of children (and adults), well that’s really special.

RIP Bernard, you’ll be missed.

He was on a lot of kids TV wasn't he? Loved his calm voice... All things must pass. 93 is a pretty good knock
