Is anyone else having o2 issues?

I'm stuck in a corporate flat with no working tv or broadband and O2 appears to have gone down again!

So I'm using the fiddle phone ever to log in (am out of UK).

But EE is not O2!

Its my dongle I'm having issues with. Phone internet working just terrible phone for using internet on.
