So......
That's a fairly damning judgment on Vardy. There is only one reason that she could ever have taken this to trial and that's publicity.
It makes no sense at all otherwise. |

What a waste of money in this day and age when people are resorting to foodbanks. Surely with all that evidence /lost evidence her solicitor would have said you are not going to win this. It just seems so arrogant to think she could win it.
To the OP,I have no idea but whoever would play it should be able to say "but miss, he said this about me miss" a lot. |

The judgement is damning on Vardy and the other lady, pretty much any reputable organisation may decide the former is untouchable..
Absolutely stupid thing to pursue plus there were chances to settle it without going into court..

She would have to be incredibly stupid to think that the publicity would be a positive thing for her. |

"No, you absolutely shouldn't pay me millions of pounds""
Who would have thought it
I can't figure out if they told her they could win or told her they probably won't and she didn't care anyway |

Here occasionally, but mostly somewhere else |
"That is some bill the Vardy's have to pay...hers as well as Colleen's legal fee's...do they have that sort of money I wonder.. "
I believe Mr Vardy is reasonably gainfully employed, so you may be reassured on that score. |

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
The judge enjoyed writing that verdict.
I suspect the judge also leaked the news that neither of them could have the verdict ahead of the reading.
It has knocked the peg thing off the top of the Twit trend list.
Rooney and Vardy should negotiate to play themselves. The story can keep going forever more.

I know… it reads as if he didn’t believe she accidentally dropped her phone off the side of the North Sea ferry…. The audacity to make that assumption!!!
P.s who are playing Leicester first game of the season… because Jamie is going to hear it from every budding comic!! The chants may be epic!! |

Well if the cap fits
Rooney offered to settle this on three occasions before it went to trial apparently. |
