Has any of you seen the four-in-one flat which is supposed to re-invent the way we live?????? Have a look please and tell me what you think.

When I (G) went to work in London after leaving school I shared a flat with 4 other guys In Earl's Court. It had 4 single beds in the one bedroom which made bringing girls back interesting. The rules were - lights off in the bedroom, those without a girl had to pretend they were asleep, and those with a girl had to try to be quiet. We should have put all the lights on and got everybody joining in, but everyone was too shy.

Or even worse, if the bed came down but while you were asleep it malfunctioned and moved back up by itself and you woke up trapped in the space above it usually rests in.
Still, I think it's a pretty cool flat, but the showhome they featured in the article will have had no expense spared on it. Will the average 4-in-1 look like that? |
