Whilst I completely understand the annoyance caused by the unwanted gawkers and wankers, I think killing them might be going a bit far.

Apparently, it wasn't just the beach-wanking. According to a news story, "the victim had been "annoying" beachgoers by "insulting and threatening" them before "masturbating in front of a woman", reports Le Parisien".
Still no excuse to shoot him dead, though. |
