Well I've always supported Celtic as my Scottish team, speaking here as a good Liverpool fan.
I truely hope Celtic get a win tonight because as good as it was to see them beat Barcelona, it won't count for much if they don't go out and finish the job over the next two games.

God!! we have football rammed down our necks in the papers, on TV and radio, anywhere else they can get some publicity. Pushing all the time about some overpaid, mollycodlled prema donnas. Please dont let them get a hold on too a swinging site, otherwize we shall be getting the results posted!!!

And I think that Rangers proved themselves enough times..
First question my dad asks me when I start dating is that they best not be a celtic fan..

Rangers are still the better scottish team and will be back in the spl soon enough, what was it 9 times in a row they won the league celtic will never match that. |

Head to head played 399 rangers won 159 celtic won 144 drawn 96,
Celtic honours league titles 42 cups 35 league cups 14 european cup 1 runners up 1 uefa cup 1.
Rangers honours league titles 54 cups 33 league cups 27 cup winners cup 1 runner up 2 uefa cup runners up 1.
And celtic have never won the spl 9 times it was the old format before the spl and playing eachother 4 times a season, only rangers have won the spl 9 times in a row.
Facts prove rangers are the overall best scottish team.

Neither team won 9 in a row in the SPL
Rangers won 9 in a row between the 88/89 season and the 96/97 season.
The SPL started in 1998 and in the 14 completed seasons each team has won the title 7 times, neither any more times than 3 in a row. |

Well done celtic great achievment for scottish football after beating barcelona they deserved to qualify, hope you get the luck of the draw in the last 16 and progress further, still think its wrong what the rest of the spl did to rangers ( excluding kilmarnock) but its great to see scottish football been put back on the map. |
