Lots to be said for training… I find it a huge help.
Remember you’re doing it for you…. If your body says rest then rest… if your body says I’ve got more then go harder….
Listen to your body… set realistic goals
But remember to have balance
Good luck pal…. And remember if the mental health struggles are a battle seek the help … don’t be afraid to share and ask for help … |
