I usually sleep on my left side
But last week I took a bang to my chest and went down on my right shoulder
So now I'm limited to sleeping on my back which I struggle with
Anyway what's your favourite sleep position |

"If you have hurt your right shoulder why can't you still sleep on your left side ? "
Because I took a bang on my chest on the left side which sent me down on my right shoulder
Hence both sides tender. |

"Try a pillow on each side when sleeping on your back, it can help support and comfort
I'm a recovery position sleeper, on either side "
Thanks for the advice I'll give it a go.
