I got some 50mg sildenafil from the online doctor and they don’t seem strong enough can I cut it in half and take 1 1/2 to make it 75 or is it OK to take two tablets at a time because on the box it says you can only take one tablet half an hour before just wondering |

it’s not strong enough because I want to keep an election after I’ve come as it gets me hard straight away then I cum not any longer than usual then go soft |

That's normal though. Then you relax and go again. The blue can mess with your heart, as it lowers blood pressure. |

I do. Sometimes I take 2 and sometimes a half. I'm not giving any medical advice I'm just saying what I do. It doesn't increase any side effects for me. I drink plenty of water during the night and in the morning to get rid of the headache. |

Yeah thats not what they are meant to do.
They aid in getting and maintaining an erection, not keeping it up after you have climaxed.
Some people will have different experiences, but if you can get an erection without them, the pills will likely not aid you. |

Genuine Viagra is a prescription only drug designed to help people like me who suffer from erectile dysfunction, I am able to get 4 x 25ml tablets a month with a prescription from my GP.
Sadly I cannot take up this offer as Viagra is not compatable with other medication I am taking for my heart problems.
If you are unable to get to see your GP pop into your local pharmacy and have a chat with the Pharmacist who will advise you accordingly.
Ignore what you can buy on line, it is either fake or very expensive. |

That’s not quite correct:
Viagra/Sildenafil/Tadalafil we’re moved from POM lists to P lists meaning you can purchase via genuine pharmacists with some simple advice
Still if you’re not using for genuine reasons you can have complications with very potent side affects, particularly if used with any sort of nitrates (such as popper) so you’re definitely correct in stating to get proper advice |

Since 2018 it's no longer prescription only. However, without a prescription it's only available 50mg.
It would seem the op has an unrealistic expectation for what he wants the medication to do. So I wouldn't up the dosage even though some people with a medical need do take a higher dosage that what you have taken. |
