Id love a pair of thigh high boots but I have thick calves and thick thighs any help would be great

They come in all shapes and sizes. You may have to shop around and of course try they on, but as previously said, you should be fine.

Ones with a stretchy elastic panel down the length of them or probably a better option, ones with a lace or buckles up the back to be adjusted to your shape.

I have lace up thigh boots that can be adjusted to fit different leg sizes. Got them off Ebay.

I am wearing a pair in one of my pics. They were bought from ebay many years ago.

The lace up front/back style may be a good idea as you can adjust them to suit your leg comfort.

No, you just loosen them and not fully undo the laces. Plus they have a zip on the inside ankle which makes it easy to get on your foot too.
